    Nothing feeds my soul quite like getting my hands in the earth, nurturing plant growth, and creating wildlife habitat. (yes, this picture is from my garden!) Gardening is a deeply nourishing outlet for me and holds many enriching metaphors that profoundly impact my spiritual growth. I also find pruning shrubs and trees to be particularly satisfying.

    My family is my happy place, and I’m awe-struck by their incredible love and whole-hearted support. Anne is my rock. She is an amazing person with the biggest, most compassionate heart, and I feel beyond lucky that we found each other. Ferne is my dog-child and is a ball of endless entertainment.

    I am a Gemini sun, Scorpio rising, and Taurus moon. My interpretation of that intel is that my mind and expression are lit up by the depth of this loving, nurturing work.   • Espresso makes me happy

    I love to craft espresso drinks and have become quite proficient at it. I’ve had people say, “wait, you’re into healing and natural health…and you are ok with drinking caffeine?!” Oh yes! I am all about enjoying what brings us pleasure as a vital component to our whole well-being. When you can be in that energy, your body responds positively to the freedom.

  • Hiking is my church

    Taking my body for a nice long hike always rejuvenates my spirit. Whether it’s in the woods, prairies, beaches, dunes, or mountains, it never grows old. One of the most memorable hiking experiences was 5-days on the Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Trail in Japan (pictured here).

    I am a 1/3 Pure Generator profile in Human Design and my strongest sense is Feeling. My Purpose Sphere in The Gene Keys centers around Peace (appropriate!), and my Life’s Work Sphere centers around Listening to Your Heart & Intuition. (also appropriate!) My energy brings all of these embodied facets into my somatic work.

  • Hawks speak to me

    Over the course of my spiritual journey, I came to realize that the hawk is my spirit animal. It’s always presenting itself to me and brings a big smile to my face when it does. Its energy manifests in my ability to create mental & emotional breakthroughs by helping my clients zoom out of the weeds to see a clearer and more empowering view.

  • A look back

    I graduated university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. During the economic recession, Anne & I started a commercial photography business that we ran for over a decade. However, my soul had other plans, and eventually led me to guiding somatic healing. It’s my calling, and I’m grateful to have followed it. Every step was a purposeful moment on my journey.
